What Time is Check In & Check Out?
Check-in time is from 4pm. Late check-in can be arranged on request.
Check-out time is 12 noon. Should you require a late check-out, please contact reception who will advise of availability and charges.
What Time is Breakfast Served?
Breakfast is served in the Terrace Restaurant.
7:00 am - 10:30 am Monday - Friday
7:00 am - 11:00 am Weekends and Bank Holidays
Is Parking Available?
Yes, we have on-site parking available to all our guests. Our underground car park has 250 spaces including 8 accessible spaces. Discounted rates are available for our residents. Please note the maximum vehicle height is 2m.
Do you have a charging station for my electric car?
There are two electric car charging stations available provided by EasyGo. For your convenience we recommend that you download the EasyGo app prior to your arrival and subscribe to either a prepay or pay as you go subscription.

Can I get a delivery to my hotel?
Yes, we can accept a delivery for you. Please ensure the name your room is booked under, and arrival date are clearly marked on the package. The hotel takes no responsibility for any items delivered.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
To unsubscribe from emails, simply click/tap on the link titled unsubscribe and you will be removed from further email marketing. The link is located at the bottom of all email correspondence.
Do you provide luggage storage at your hotels?
We can store luggage for you prior to check in if your room is not ready. We can also store luggage for a few hours on your departure day.
Can you store my luggage long-term?
We do not offer long-term luggage storage. All luggage must be collected on the same day.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted – Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners. Cash or Gift Voucher payments are accepted at the Hotel.
*Notes in denominations of €50 maximum can be accepted, with the appropriate verification*
Is payment taken straight away from my card?
Depending on the terms of the rate booked, credit card details are primarily used as a reservation guarantee. If you have booked an Advance Purchase rate payment will be taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
What is pre-authorisation on my card?
A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit or debit card that is provided upon booking. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account.
Should you choose to pay cash or a different card at the hotel, funds will be released to your preauthorised card within 5 –10 working days, depending on your banks policy.
Can I use a gift card for security on my reservation instead of my debit/credit card?
We require a valid credit or debit card to secure all bookings. You cannot guarantee a booking with a gift card, it can be redeemed at the hotel once you check-in.
Does the Hotel accept Pets?
We welcome Guide Dogs only.
Is the Hotel Wheelchair Accessible?
Yes, we are proud to be verified as offering superb levels of accessibility throughout our hotel including a selection of fully accessible bedrooms. Please contact our team if you would like any additional information.
Do you have a Swimming Pool?
Yes, The Wexford Club at Whites of Wexford is located on the grounds of the hotel, with a 20m pool, full gym, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi.
Are cots available?
Cots and cribs can be requested directly via our Reception team.
